On page 341 of the Internal Revenue Bulletin 2003–4 (“IRB”), census tract 000300 is now under Yellowstone County, Montana. On page 342 of the IRB, census tract 010302 is now under Sarpy County, Nebraska. On page 352 of the IRB, census tracts 000300, 001200, 001500, 001600, 001900, and 002000 are now under Hamilton County, Tennessee.
