THE TEB MEDIATION DISPUTE RESOLUTION PILOT PROGRAM

Either party may withdraw from TEB Mediation at any time by notifying the other party and the Appeals Mediator in writing. The Appeals Mediator, but not the nonService co-mediator, may terminate the TEB Mediation process, by notifying the parties and, if applicable, the non-Service comediator, in writing, if it becomes apparent that meaningful progress toward resolution of the issues has stopped.
