Announcement 2000–2, page 295. Information letters written by the national office of Chief Counsel and by the Office of the Commissioner, Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division, to the public in response to inquiries postmarked or, if not mailed, received after January 1, 2000, will be available for public inspection quarterly beginning March 31, 2000, and on a continuing quarterly basis.
