Final regulations (T.D. 9981) issued in October 2023 provide guidance on certain requirements for Type I and Type III supporting organizations. The regulations reflect changes to the law made by the Pension Protection Act of 2006. Schedule A and these instructions have been updated to reflect changes made by the final regulations.
