Every corporation that had operations in, or related to, a boycotting country, a boycotting company, or a national of a boycotting country must file Form 5713, International Boycott Report.

If the corporation cooperated with an international boycott, it must give you a copy of its Form 5713. You

must file your own Form 5713 to report the corporation’s activities and any other boycott operations that you may have. You may lose certain tax benefits if the corporation participated in, or cooperated with, an international boycott. See Form 5713 and its instructions for details.
