In order to determine its 4940 tax, a domestic IRC 4947(a)(1) nonexempt charitable trust or taxable private foundation (SC 92) must compute its unrelated business income tax if it has UBIT (unrelated business taxable income).

They:

Must attach the tax computation to the Form 990-PF and report it on Line 2 in Part VI.

May use Form 990-T as the attachment.
