Revocation Criteria. When a confirmation order or discharge in a Chapter 11 case was obtained through fraud, only, the court may revoke the Chapter 11 confirmation order or discharge of the debtor:

Time Frame for Request. The revocation request must be submitted within the 180 days following the date of entry of the confirmation order (11 USC 1144).
