Invalid Conditions:
Field has characters other than alpha, hyphen (-), numeric, percent (%) and ampersand (&).
The number of character positions is more than 40.
Corrections Procedure:
MeF - Correct all coding and transcription errors.
For "In-Care-Of" names, enter the percent (%) sign, space, and then the name.
For foreign address, enter the street address, omit the existing Name Line 2. See IRM 3.0.101.14.11.1.1.
