9.46.010: PURPOSE:

The provisions of this chapter, as determined by the council, are intended to be in the best interest of the town for the public health, safety and welfare of the community through implementation of the general plan through this chapter. (Ord. 254, 12-16-2014)

9.46.020: PROHIBITED:

Commercial solar energy and wind energy facilities shall be a prohibited use in all land use districts within the town. No conditional use permit, site plan review, building permit or other entitlement for use shall be accepted, processed, approved or issued for the establishment of a renewable energy generation facility. (Ord. 254, 12-16-2014)
