3.20.010: ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION OF TOWN TAXES BY COUNTY:

Pursuant to and in compliance with California Government Code section 51501, the assessment and tax collection duties which otherwise might be performed by a Town assessor and tax collector are transferred to the Assessor and Tax Collector of the County of San Bernardino. (Ord. 3, 11-27-1991)
