9.25.140. - Liability.¶
The use of any of said County roads pursuant to this Chapter or pursuant to any permit issued under authority of any part of this Chapter shall not relieve the user or owner of the vehicle or the permittee of any civil or criminal liability imposed by general State laws or ordinances of the County of Yuba covering damages occasioned to or entry on County highways or bridges.

9.25.150. - Violations.¶
Except as provided in the Vehicle Code, a person convicted of a violation of this Chapter shall be punished by:
(1) A fine not exceeding $100.00.
(2) For a second infraction occurring within one year of a prior infraction that resulted in a conviction, a fine not exceeding $200.00.
(3) For a third or subsequent infraction occurring within one year of two or more prior infractions that resulted in convictions, a fine not exceeding $250.00.
