Yuba City Municipal Code § 7 Publication and effective date

This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption but before taking effect shall be published once in the Independent-Herald, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in the City of Yuba City and in the County of Sutter, within fifteen (15) days after the passage and adoption of said ordinance.

Introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Yuba City on the 16th day of December, 1963, and passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Yuba City on the 6th day of January, 1964, by the following vote:

AYES: Councilmen: Rhodes, Tiner, Rose, McCune, and Mayor Hopper

NOES: Councilmen: None

ABSENT: Councilmen: None
