Sec. 7-6.01. - Adoption of the California Historical Code.¶
Adoption of the California Historical Code, 2022 Edition, as published by the International Code Council (ICC) as adopted and amended by the California Building Standards Commission in the California Building Standards Code, Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations. One copy is and shall, at all times, be kept on file in the office of the City Clerk.

Sec. 7-6.02. - Administrative requirements.¶
The administrative provisions of the California Historical Code shall be as provided for in the California Building Code Division II Scope and Administration as adopted pursuant to Section 7-1.01 of the Yuba City Municipal Code.

Sec. 7-6.03. - Violations.¶
Violations to this chapter will be penalized under the provisions of Chapter 2 of Title 1 of the Yuba City Municipal Code.
