Sec. 2-7.01. - Declaration of qualification standards.

The City hereby declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State pursuant to the provisions of Penal Code ch. 1, tit. 4, pt. 4.

Sec. 2-7.02. - Declaration of adherence to standards.

Pursuant to Penal Code § 13522, the City, while receiving aid from the State pursuant to said provisions of the Penal Code, agrees to adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
