Editor's note— Ord. No. 006-19, § 1, 2(Exh. A), adopted November 19, 2019, repealed the former Title 7, Chs. 1—15, §§ 7-1.01—7-15.06, and § 2(Exh. A) of said ordinance enacted a new Title 7 as set out herein. Ch. 15, Expedited Permit Process for Small Residential Rooftop Solar Systems, and Ch. 16, Grading, has been saved from repeal per the City's direction. The former Title 7 pertained to similar subject matter and derived from § 2, Ord. 005-13, eff. Jan. 1, 2014; Ord. No. 002-16, § 1, adopted Feb. 16, 2016; Ord. No. 005-15, § 1, adopted Oct. 6, 2016; Ord. No. 001-17, § 1, adopted Jan. 17, 2017.
