3.20.010 - Levied—Expenditure.

An annual tax of five cents on each one hundred dollars shall be levied and collected at the same time and in the same manner as general municipal taxes are collected on all taxable property in the city, for advertising purposes, and the money realized from the tax may be used and expended in such manner as the council may deem best for such purposes.
