§ 5.46.320. Violation of municipal code and declaration of public nuisance.¶
A. Any violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor.
B. Any violation of this chapter is also declared to be and hereby is a public nuisance.

§ 5.46.330. Civil, criminal or administrative enforcement.¶
A. In addition to the specific provisions set forth in this chapter, the City may enforce this chapter through any of the civil, criminal or administrative procedures established by the Yorba Linda Municipal Code, including, without limitation due to enumeration, those set forth in Chapters 1.12, 1.13, 5.08, 8.04, 15.24, 16.04, 17.24 and 18.68 of the Yorba Linda Municipal Code.
B. In addition to the specific provisions set forth in this chapter, the City may enforce this chapter through any civil, criminal or administrative procedures established by state or Federal law.
