Yolo County Municipal Code Ch. 13 Property Tax Administrative Costs

The determination is hereby ratified and made that the 1990-91 fiscal year property tax related costs of the Assessor, Treasurer-Tax Collector, and Auditor-Controller of the County, including overhead costs as permitted by Federal Circular A-87 standards Property Tax Costs, are One Million Two Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Sixteen and no/100ths ($1,254,616.00) Dollars. The determination is hereby ratified and made that the property tax costs proportionately attributable to incorporated cities are Three Hundred Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Five and no/100ths ($300,355.00) Dollars. The determination is hereby ratified and made that the 1990-91 fiscal year property tax administration costs proportionately attributable to local jurisdictions in this County other than the County and cities are as set forth in Resolution No. 92-51 of this Board, and the Auditor-Controller is directed to submit invoices and otherwise carry out the duties set forth in that resolution and authorized or imposed by Section 97 of the Revenue and Taxation Code.
