Section 4-6.901. Reports Required.
Beginning on September 30, 1979 and continuing each calendar quarter thereafter the Licensing Officer shall provide to the City of Woodland the following information:
| 1. | The number of calls for emergency service made within the Woodland ambulance service area; |

| 2. | The number of "dry runs" made within the Woodland ambulance service area; |
| 3. | The current listed rates of all ambulance companies operating within Yolo County; |
| 4. | Data showing what the County of Yolo pays for emergency service in the Woodland ambulance service area; |
| 5. | Data showing what the County of Yolo pays for "dry runs" for emergency service in the Woodland ambulance service area; |
| 6. | Such other information requested by the City of Woodland which reasonably may be provided without significant burden on the Licensing Officer. |
In addition, each ambulance company operating within the Woodland ambulance service area shall provide to the City of Woodland, beginning on September 30, 1979 and continuing each calendar quarter thereafter, data showing actual charges for all private patients and such other information as the City of Woodland reasonably may request.
