SUPPLEMENTAL IMPROVEMENTS REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENTS

§ 16.56.010. Oversizing improvements—Reimbursement.

As a condition of approval of a tentative subdivision or parcel map, it may be required that improvements installed by the subdivider for the benefit of the subdivision be of a supplemental size, capacity or number for the benefit of property not within the subdivision, and that said improvement be dedicated to the public. If such a condition is imposed, reimbursement to the subdivider shall be provided in compliance with Section 66485 et seq., of the Subdivision Map Act.

§ 16.56.020. Reimbursement for projects within major projects financing plan.

If a property owner is required to construct supplemental improvements and those supplemental improvements are listed as a project in the City's major projects financing plan, the property owner shall be eligible for reimbursement by the City as set forth in the administrative guidelines for implementing the major projects financing plan.
