8.48.010 - Smoking prohibited in Woodlake buildings or vehicles—Penalty.¶

It is unlawful for any person to smoke or use tobacco products in any building which is owned, controlled, leased or managed by the city, or any vehicle owned or leased by the city. Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter is guilty of an infraction.
