Windsor Municipal Code Art. 2 General Applicability

13-1-200 - Applicability.¶

No person shall cause, suffer or permit the storage of hazardous materials:

a. In a manner which violates a provision of this chapter or any other local, Federal or State statute, code, rule or regulation relating to hazardous materials, or

b. In a manner which causes or threatened disposal or hazardous materials environment or poses a risk of such actual or disposal or release.

c. Violations of this chapter shall be deemed to be a public or private nuisance and may be remedied through abatement proceedings or other corrective action in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, or State or Federal law, if applicable.
