Windsor Municipal Code Art. 13 2025 California Green Building Code—Title 24, Part 11

This article shall be known as the "California Green Building Standards Code," and may be cited as such. It is intended that it shall also be known as the CALGreen Code. For purposes of citation, the California Green Building Standards Code, Part 11, 2025 Edition, including tables and appendices thereto; amended by the State of California and adopted by reference and amended by the Town of Windsor, are renumbered by adding "7-2-1300" et seq. before each section.

Section A4.305 as mandatory:

A4.305.1-GRAYWATER. Alternative plumbing piping is installed to permit the discharge from the clothes washer or other fixtures to be used for an irrigation system in compliance with the California Plumbing Code.

Section A4.601.4.1 of Appendix A4 of the California Green Building Standards Code is amended to read as follows:

The project shall meet or exceed all of the mandatory measures in Chapter 4, Division A4.1, A4.3, A4.4 and A4.5, and Chapter 7 as applicable. The Tier 1 measures contained in this appendix are adopted as mandatory provisions.

Section A4.203.1 of Appendix A4 of the California Green Building Standards Code is deleted.

Section A5.601.2.1 of Appendix A5 of the California Green Building Standards Code is amended to read as follows:

To achieve CALGreen tier status, a project must meet all the mandatory measures in Chapter 5 and, in addition, meet the provisions of A5.1, A5.3, A5.4 and A5.5. The Tier 1 measures contained in this appendix are adopted as mandatory provisions.
