3-3-300 - Violations and Penalties.¶
a. No person shall solicit or peddle except as permitted by the provisions of this of chapter.
b. Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be an infraction. Any person found guilty of an infraction shall not be punished by imprisonment, but may be fined by a court of competent jurisdiction, in an amount not to exceed two hundred ($200.00) dollars.

3-3-305 - Revocation.¶
a. Whenever it is shown that any person to whom a permit has been issued has violated any of the provisions of this chapter, the Chief of Police shall immediately suspend the permit and give the permit holder a written notice in person or by mail of the suspension and of a hearing to be held by the Chief of Police within three (3) working days of such suspension, to determine whether or not the permit should be revoked. The notice must contain a statement of the facts upon which the Chief of Police has acted in suspending the permit. The Chief's determination following the hearing shall be in writing and shall be sent to the permit holder.
b. Any person aggrieved by the determination of the Chief of Police to revoke a permit may appeal such decision to the Town Manager. Such appeal shall be taken by filing a written notice of appeal with the Town Clerk within seven (7) days of the date of the decision and shall set forth the grounds for the appeal. The Town Manager shall set a time and place for the appeal. The decision of the Town Manager shall be final and conclusive.
