3-15-100 - Definitions.

As used in this section:

Itinerant show shall mean a show which travels from place to place, and is not intended to, and does not include, such amateur exhibitions as may be given by local talent, even though one (1) or more entertainers may be employed from the outside to assist in giving such show or exhibition where such show or exhibition is given for the benefit of local organizations.

3-15-105 - Effect of Conviction; Construction of Article.

The conviction and punishment of any person for maintaining any circus, tent show or other itinerant exhibition without license shall not excuse or exempt such person from the payment of any license fee due or unpaid at the time of such conviction and nothing herein shall prevent a criminal prosecution for the violation of any provision of this section.
