1-6-300 - Authorization.¶
The Town Council hereby authorizes and directs the Town Manager or his duly authorized representative, to conduct proposed sales of surplus real property belonging to the Town.

1-6-305 - Location of Sale.¶
The sale may be conducted at either the property site or some other convenient location as determined by the Town Manager or his designee.

1-6-310 - Procedure.¶
Except as to the person conducting the sale and the location at which the sale is to be conducted, all of the provisions of Government Code sections 25526 to 25539 shall be applicable, including those provisions relating to:
a. The adoption of the resolution of intent.
b. The giving of notice of the adoption of the resolution and the time and place of sale.
c. The examination of the proposals and acceptance of the highest bid.
d. The procedure for calling for oral bids.
e. The acceptance or rejection of bids.

1-6-315 - Approval by Town Council.¶
Any final acceptance of the bid by the person conducting the sale shall be subject to the approval of the Town Council by resolution authorizing and directing the execution of the deed as provided in Government Code Section 25535.
