1-5-300 - Declaration of Need.¶
The Town Council hereby finds and declares that there is a need for a Community Redevelopment Agency to function in the Town of Windsor pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of California.

1-5-305 - Town Council as Redevelopment Agency.¶
Pursuant to Section 33200 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California, the Town Council hereby declares itself to be the Redevelopment Agency of the Town of Windsor.

1-5-310 - Transmittal of Certification to Secretary of State.¶
The Town Clerk shall promptly file a certified copy of this article with the California Secretary of State.
