1-2-125 - Establishing Date of Municipal Elections.¶
a. Consolidation. The Town General Municipal election shall be consolidated with the Statewide General Election which is held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November in even-numbered years.
b. Commencement. This section shall be operative for the Town General Municipal Election for 1994.

1-2-130 - Salary.¶
Pursuant to Section 36516 of the Government Code which provides that a Town Council may enact an ordinance providing that each Member of the Town Council shall receive a salary which shall be determined by a schedule of population for cities, the Members of the Town Council of the Town of Windsor shall receive a salary of four hundred and forty-three ($443.00) dollars per month.

1-2-135 - Regular Meeting Place, Day, Time.¶
The Town Council will hold all regular meetings at the Town Hall, located at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Windsor, California, on the first and third Wednesday of each month, beginning at 6:30 p.m.

1-2-140 - Alternative Location.¶
If the regular meeting place is unable to accommodate the number of persons in attendance, the Council may recess the meeting to another place. If the Council anticipates the regular meeting place will be inadequate, the Council, or the Mayor in the event of an emergency, may order that the meeting be held in another place.
