12-7-600 - Disconnection and Termination.¶
Recycled water service may be suspended or terminated at any time by the Town Manager or his/her designee due to any one or more of the following:
a. Failure by a user to adhere to the provisions of this chapter;
b. For the protection of the public health, safety and welfare;
c. In order to protect recycled water facilities or make repairs;
d. Inability of the Town to obtain recycled water or otherwise provide recycled water service;
e. For failure of the user to pay for recycled water; or
f. For uncorrected violations of applicable recycled water regulations and use restrictions.

12-7-605 - Notice.¶
Where the Town determines that service should be terminated or disconnected, the written notice to the user shall be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of proposed termination of service, setting forth the provisions of this chapter to which the user has failed to adhere, which require the termination or disconnection, and the factual basis for this determination. However, in cases of threat to the public health, safety or welfare, the Town Manager or his/her designee shall immediately disconnect the recycled water service and shall follow such disconnection with a written notice to such user as to the reasons for such disconnection and the requirements that must be met to reconnect the recycled water service. The aggrieved party may appeal the determination of the Town Manager or his/her designee. The decision of the Town Manager or his/her designee to suspend or terminate recycled water service shall be final.

12-7-610 - Delinquent and/or Reconnection Charge.¶
If recycled water service to any user is suspended or terminated because of failure by a customer to adhere to the provisions of this chapter, including but not limited to, the failure by a user to pay for recycled water in accordance with this chapter, the customer shall pay to the department in advance of resumption of recycled water service a delinquent and/or reconnection charge which shall be equal to that delinquent and/or reconnection charge for potable water established from time to time by resolution of the Town Council, in addition to any payment for recycled water service then due.
