12-7-400 - Recycled Water Service Connection.

Before a recycled water service connection shall be supplied to or installed on the premises, the user shall pay to the Town a connection fee necessary to cover all costs of the recycled water service connection including, unless the Town agrees to other arrange-ments in writing. The Town Manager or his/her designee may, in his or her discretion, authorize a user to install recycled water service connections and meters, subject to, prior approval of all plans, equipment, and material, and to ongoing inspection and approval of installation by the Town Manager or his/her designee.

12-7-405 - Extension of Off-Site Facilities.

Before a recycled water service connection shall be supplied, the property owner shall pay to the Town the applicable fees and charges necessary to cover all costs incurred by the Town in extending existing off-site facilities, including but not limited to the recycled water service line, in order to provide recycled water service to the property unless the Town agrees to other arrangements in writing. Construction of recycled water transmission mains and water service extensions shall be subject to the provisions of this Chapter. All recycled water service provided prior to the installation of final street improvements shall be considered to be temporary, and the costs for all repairs or changes required to be made to the recycled water service line upon installation of final Street improvements shall be paid by the property owner.

12-7-410 - Reduction or Suspension of Service.

The Town Manager or his/her designee shall establish and may vary conditions of pressure and service. In addition, if necessary due to the unavailability of recycled water, the Town may, at the discretion of the Town Manager or his/her designee, reduce or suspend delivery of recycled water.
