3.16.010 - County authority designated.

The city council elects to avail itself of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of the provisions of Chapter 182 of the act, approved March 27, 1895, and hereaftr all assessments shall be made and taxes collected by the assessor and tax collector of Mendocino County.
