14.28.010 - Application.¶

A person desiring to provide a public water system for a tract of land proposed for a commercial or shopping center shall make written application therefore.

The ordinances, rules and regulations of the city and all provisions of Chapter 14.24 are applicable to commercial and shopping centers and are incorporated by reference.
