Williams Municipal Code Ch. 15.25 Uniform Sign Code

The Uniform Sign Code, 1991 Edition, published by the International Conference of Building Officials, is adopted by this reference and incorporated herein as if set forth in full.

Any City of Williams ordinances, rules, laws, or policies or parts thereof, conflicting or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter of the code hereby adopted, are also hereby repealed.

The rates and charges regarding installation of signs and fees imposed under the Uniform Sign Code from time to time shall be established and adopted by resolution of the city council.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of the code adopted by reference in this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in chapter 1.12 of this Code.
