15.10.010 - Adopted.¶
The California Green Building Standards Code, 2025 Edition, is hereby adopted by this reference and incorporated herein as if set forth in full, as the green building standards code of the city.

15.10.020 - Violation—Penalty.¶
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of the code adopted by reference in this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in chapter 1.12 of this Code.
