16.32.010 - Enforcement. ¶
It is the duty of the building inspector to enforce the provisions of this title. All departments, officials and public employees of the city vested with the duty or authority to issue permits must conform to the provisions of this title, and must not willfully issue any permit or license for use, construction or purpose in conflict with the provisions of this title; and any such permit or license issued in conflict with the provisions of this title is null and void.

16.32.020 - Deed or contract—Voidable when. ¶
Any deed of conveyance, sale or contract to sell, or assignment, allocation, division or grant of entities of usage made contrary to the provisions of this title is voidable to the extent and in the manner provided in Section 66499.32 of the Government Code of the state of California.

16.32.030 - Violation—Penalty. ¶
Any violation of this title will constitute a misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine of not to exceed five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed six months, or by both
such fine and imprisonment. Each day a violation of this title continues will be considered a separate offense.
