§ 8.52.010. Outside trailer park—Prohibited.¶

A. The use of a house trailer, whether on wheels or a foundation, for living purposes, either temporary or permanent, other than one located in a regularly established trailer park, is declared to be a nuisance and is prohibited.

B. The term "house trailer," as used in this section, shall include any motor vehicle, boat or other vehicular device designed for use as a human habitation but shall not include a manufactured home, as that term is defined in 42 U.S.C. 5402, or successor provisions.
