§ 5.20.010. Generally.¶
The following words and phrases whenever used in this article shall be construed as defined in this section unless from the context a different meaning is intended and more particularly directed to the use of such words and phrases.

§ 5.20.020. Association.¶
"Association" includes corporation.

§ 5.20.030. Business.¶
"Business" includes professions, trades, occupations and all and every kind of calling, whether carried on for profit or not.

§ 5.20.040. Driver.¶
"Driver" includes every person in charge of, driving or operating any passenger-carrying or motor-propelled vehicle, either as agent, employee or otherwise.

§ 5.20.050. Person.¶
"Person" includes all domestic and foreign corporations, associations, firms, syndicates, joint stock corporations, partnerships of every kind, clubs, businesses or common law trusts, societies and individuals transacting and carrying on any business in the city, and shall include any employee of any person as defined herein.
