§ 2.36.010. Established.¶
A school safety advisory committee shall be established for each school district in the city consisting of the chief of police or his or her representative, the city traffic engineer and representatives from the school district as determined by the district.

§ 2.36.020. Policies and responsibilities.¶
The policies of the school safety advisory committee and the responsibilities of the committee members shall be in accordance with those contained in the California Department of Transportation Traffic Manual for School Area Pedestrian Safety.
