Part 15 — Rounding of Quantities

All fractions of whole numbers are to be rounded to the nearest highest whole number when the fraction is 0.5 or more, and to the next lowest whole number when the fraction is less than 0.5, except as otherwise provided in the development code. (Ord. 1156-03 C-M, eff. May 22, 2003)
