§ 2.36.010. Contract—Authorized.¶
A contract between the city council and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of said contract being kept on file in the city clerk's office, and by such reference made a part hereof as though set forth in this chapter in full.

§ 2.36.020. Contract—Execution.¶
The mayor of the city council is authorized, empowered and directed to execute said contract for and on behalf of said agency.

§ 2.36.030. Contract—Amendment.¶
A. An amendment to the contract between the city council and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached to the ordinance codified in this section, marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.
B. The mayor is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said agency.
