§ 3.04.010. Transfer of duties to county auditor.¶
The council elects to proceed under Article 2, Chapter 1, Division 4 of Title 4 of the Government Code of the state, being Sections 43090 et seq., and requests the county auditor to assess and determine the value of the property within the city.

§ 3.04.020. Contract execution.¶
The mayor and city clerk are appointed signatory officers to enter into such contract for the assessment of the city property by the county, as may be required by the county.

§ 3.04.030. Copies to be kept on file.¶
Upon final passage of the ordinance codified in this chapter, and the posting of copies thereof, the city clerk shall file with the county auditor a certified copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter.
