16.04.010 Title.¶

This title shall be known as the subdivision ordinance of the city. (Ord. 617 §2 (Exh. A), 2011; Ord. 474, 2002).

16.04.020 Purpose.¶

This title is adopted to supplement and implement the Subdivision Map Act of the state and shall apply to all subdivision within the city. (Ord. 617 §2 (Exh. A), 2011; Ord. 474, 2002).
