15.28.010 Declaration.¶
The city is declared to be one complete drainage area within the urban improvement boundary as delineated in the land use element of the general plan. (Ord. 286 §3, 1981).
15.28.020 Drainage fee--Required.¶
The city council shall collect a drainage fee for the purpose of defraying estimated cost of drainage facilities for the removal and transportation of storm drain water from the city. All undeveloped land which has not heretofore been assessed or paid a drainage fee shall pay such fees at the time a building permit is requested for the lot. (Ord. 286 §1, 1981).
15.28.030 Drainage fee –Amount.¶
Drainage fees shall be in an amount prescribed from time to time by resolution of the city council of the city, and all fees shall be determined and administered and set aside for drainage purposes only. (Ord. 286 §2, 1981).
