§ 3.56.010. Controlled substances.¶

Notwithstanding any other provision of this code, the sale or distribution of a substance controlled under Federal or State law shall not be permitted in any facility not licensed as a pharmacy, but in no event, shall marijuana be sold or distributed at any location.
