§ 9-8.01. Adoption.¶
The 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code published by the International Code Council, 500 New Jersey Ave NW, 6th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20001, United States, one copy of which is kept in the office of the Building Official, is adopted and referred to, and by this reference expressly incorporated and made a part of this chapter as though fully set forth herein. The 2024 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code shall be known, designated and referred to as the "International Swimming Pool and Spa Code."
The International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, as amended in this chapter, shall be known, designated and referred to as the "Swimming Pool and Spa Code" for the City of Walnut Creek.

§ 9-8.02. Deletions.¶
Chapter 1 of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code is hereby deleted.
