§ 2-5.101. Holidays.¶
The legal holidays on which all offices of the City will be closed except for normal emergency and standby services in the City of Walnut Creek are those days enumerated in the resolution of the City Council entitled "Resolution Enumerating Holidays" on file in the office of the City Clerk.

§ 2-5.102. Saturdays.¶
Saturday shall be a holiday for the transaction of public business in the City; provided, however, this section shall not be construed to prevent or invalidate the issuance, filing, service, execution or recording of any legal process or written instrument on Saturday.
