§ 1-6.701. Abatement Pursuant to State Law.¶

Pursuant to California Vehicle Code §22660, procedures to remove abandoned, wrecked, dismantled, or inoperative vehicles or parts thereof as public nuisances are found in Title 3, Chapter 7 of the Walnut Creek Municipal Code.
