Walnut Creek Municipal Code Ch. 2-2 Council

Regular meetings of the Council shall be held beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month in the City Hall, Walnut Creek; provided, however, if a first or third Tuesday falls on a legal holiday, the regular meeting will not be held; and provided further, if it is known in advance that a majority of the members of the Council will be absent from the City on City business when a regular meeting is scheduled, that meeting may be continued to the next regular meeting.

The Council may from time to time adopt rules to govern its own procedure.

The Council may from time to time adopt an administrative code containing appropriate regulations for the conduct of municipal affairs and specifications for public works.
