§ 2-6.201. Appointment: Duties.

The City Attorney shall be appointed by the Council and shall have such duties as are prescribed by the general laws of the State and the regulations of the City.

§ 2-6.202. Assistant City Attorney.

The City Attorney may appoint an Assistant City Attorney subject to confirmation by the City Council. In such event he shall have such duties as are prescribed by the City Attorney and, in the absence of the City Attorney, he shall have such duties as are prescribed for the City Attorney.
