Sec. 2-8.1. - City Seal.¶
The official seal of the City of Villa Park shall be in the form of a die approximately one and one-half inches in diameter, the face of which is set forth below:

Sec. 2-8.2. - Use of Seal.¶
It is unlawful for any person to make or use the seal of the City, or reproduction thereof, for any purpose other than for the official business of the City, its Council, officers or departments, unless expressly approved by the City Council.

Sec. 2-8.3. - Use of Seal on Privately Owned Vehicle.¶
It is unlawful for any person to display or attach, either temporarily or permanently, the official seat of the City, or reproduction thereof, or any representation or near representation thereof, on any privately owned vehicle, unless expressly approved by the City Council.

Sec. 2-8.4. - Use of Seal for Political Purposes.¶
It is unlawful for any person to use the seal of the City, or reproduction thereof, or any representation or near representation thereof, for any political purpose, including, but not limited to any political mailer or handout.

Sec. 2-8.5. - Use of Seal to Defraud.¶
It is unlawful for any person to use the seal of the City, or reproduction thereof, or any representation or near representation thereof, for the purpose of defrauding or misleading anyone into believing they are dealing with a representative of the City.

Sec. 2-8.6. - Custodian of Seal.¶
The City Clerk of the City of Villa Park shall be the official custodian of the official seal of the City.
